I am familiar with basic Loan Signing Procedures and I know almost all major documents including note, deed of trust, settlement statement , right to cancel, truth in lending, the uniform residential loan application, occupancy affidavit, the good faith estimate, signature affidavit, statement of information grant deeds, and the identity statement.
