Her specialty is mortgage loan documents and she serves Whidbey Island for a standard fee of $75 - $125 for one set of loan documentss and Camano Island for a standard fee of $150.   Price is determined by the travel expenses involved. Single document signings are $50, and other Counties she serves are Snohomish, Skagit, Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, and Jefferson, each at a fee of $150+ depending upon what travel expenses are involved; i.e. ferry fare and mileage over 35 miles.

All prices include 35 miles of travel, and delivery of signed documents to FedEx, UPS, or Airborne.  Fax backs are charged at $1 per page after the first three pages, which are free.

Notarizing a second set of documents is $25.  eDocs are printed on an HP Laser Jet 1320n for an additional charge of $25 per set of documents.  All prices include a second set of e-docs printed for the borrower.
