Hello, my name is Louis Paul Fristensky, III. I work in a law firm specializing in criminal and civil matters. By trade, I am a paralegal working under the supervision of an attorney, but in my spare time, I act as a nonlawyer helping people fill out complicated family law forms. I also act as a traveling Notary Public. If you choose to use my services, please remember that I will be acting in a nonlawyer capacity and not as a paralegal. In other words, I will not be working under the supervision of an attorney.

I am familiar with the procedural aspects of filling out and filing legal pleadings, but I am not a lawyer and cannot give any legal advice. I can ask you factual questions and insert that information into standard family law forms.
