Easy Living is a full-service agency providing property management to owners of rental properties. 

Easy Living Management, Inc. was incorporated February 1, 1981 as a rental property management firm.  The corporation is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a real estate brokerage firm. Easy Living Management, Inc., (ELM, INC.) deals primarily with residential rental properties, which range from small efficiency-type apartments to luxurious condominiums and from single-family homes to 24 unit apartment buildings.  Properties are located in Wausau, Mosinee, Schofield, Town of Weston, Town of Kronenwetter and Marathon City. 

Jeff Hamann is the President and General Manager of Elm, Inc., and an operating owner/partner.   He has been with Easy Living Management since 2001.  Jeff’s prior experience is in sales and property casualty insurance.  Jeff graduated in the top of his class from UW Stout, holding a Bachelor of Science in mathematics.  He hold a realtor and brokers license.

The secretary-treasurer, and co-founder of Elm, Inc., is Navi J. Dowty.   Navi is a certified financial planner and is president of Associated Retirement Planners, Inc.  Navi holds a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science. 

Our team also has an active and effective leasing agent, Laura Bramschreiber.  Jean Diny is Jeff’s office assistant and helps with the day to day operations of the business. We have recruited highly trained and dependable sub contractors to complete work as needed on the properties. 

Our team will bring to the property a level of expertise to successfully position the rental properties to retain existing residents, capture an even greater percentage of new residents in the market and shore up the asset to maximize investment yield.
