I prefer contact via the toll free number since I carry several cell phones, one gets lousy reception on the plains, but works great in the mtns (? have'nt figured that one out yet), so it depends where I'm going to be or which phone I grab on the way out, the toll free # will try ALL the phone #'s until it tracks me down and I answer. The only time I send it on to voice mail is IF i'm with a borrower and the incoming call is not from the lender or someone connected with the loan,  or if I'm in a hairy driving situation, otherwise, you WILL reach me!
